I have question regarding use of representative form. Though , I shall be submitting the application myself for parents sponsorship, do I need to provide Use of representative form IMM 5476 from my parents to my name since I am representing them or i need not to provide this form.
Schedule A Background Declaration for parents IMM5669 doesn't allow to validate if given name is left blank. My parents has given name on their passport which i used as Family name as per instruction guide. Do i need to leave given name blank and send un-validated form or should i use same name as family name and given name.
Need your valuable inputs. Please advise.
