Parents sponsorship to Canada

Hello

I was wondering if anyone could help me with when and how to let CIC know we are interested in sponsoring our parents to Canada. In 2018, you would just send an interest and if you get invited, you would fill the application form and its done. I can't seem to find the lottery date for this year.
