Parents sponsorship + supper visa 2017

Hi all,
Would like to know if I apply parents sponsorship 2017 lottery program & if will win from Quebec which last 1 year taxe I have to show 2015, or 2016 because applying on 2017?
2nd while proccess parents sponsor can my parents come in Canada as a supper visa on 2017 ?

You can apply for super visa anytime and parents can visit during sponsorship application as many time as they want. There is no restrictions on applying super visa at all.
