I am a Canadian Citizen and applied for my parents sponsorship in 2011. It has been processing since. All avenues taken, MP enquires, letters to Immigration and others in last 6-7 years, Did Mandamus and got settlement which resulted in an interview and medicals done (Again) but nothing happened after that, IRCC is not complying with settlement agreement now either which was to provide decision in 30 days after all submissions and interview, tells you what low level IRCC has stooped to, like a street level Thug. pretty dishonest organization from my experience. This is the face of Canada to world, haha. BTW there nothing they have found in my parents file which they can contest.
Any good lawyers out there you can recommend? Extensive litigation experience with IRCC needed as IRCC settlements don't mean anything. Hopefully Your honour will decide and force this dictatorship organization to make a decision. Otherwise Canada has a very bleak future.
