I already sponsored my parents in Dec 2008, my parents got the medical request which have been submitted in Jan 2015. Now my parents got a request to submit schedule A Background /Declaration for all three members. My brother at the time of application was 20 and now is 27 - does it matter if he is studying or not studying now? He is dependent of my parents though.
