Parents sponsor for 2014 category

Hi All,
I want to sponsor my Parents( Father and Mother) in 2014 category, i Live in Alberta,CA and my parents are in India.
My questions:
1.Where should i sent my sponsor application? Mississauga or India? What are the current time lines for Inland and out land applications?
2.What Forms do i need to fill?

The forms aren't available yet, and nobody knows what the times will be.

To qualify as sponsor you will need to show last 3 years of income through the Canada Revenue Agency, at the LICO+30% levels.

Also - there are no inland and outland applications for parent sponsorships. Just outland.

Rob already answered this question. The new forms aren't available yet. Don't use the old forms. If you do - then you can expect the application to be returned to you unprocessed.
