Hi everyone,
My name is Aman and I am living in Brampton, Ontario from 4 years. I want to apply for my father and mother for their PR. They are both living with me in Canada on Super Visa from last two years. Could anyone please advise me once I apply for their PR and send application to CPC- Mississauga. what happens next? do my parents will have to go to India and apply again in NEW Delhi once their application approved by Mississauga office?
I want to apply for my parents here in Ontario only without my parents have to go back to New delhi? is it possible.
Please let me know in details how PR for parents happens step by step if possible.
Also My parents don't have their marriage certificate from old days. Can I get them marry here in court in Ontario and attach that marriage certificate or They need to go to India and to apply for their marriage certificate.
