Parents sponsership

Just got selected for parents sponsership,just wondering how long is the processing time after submitting the application ?

Hi,
I submitted the file for parents sponsership in 2018 and they did the visite medical and fingerprint, in the site of canada also they mentioned decision made for federal and Quebec but i didn't receive the pass requested yet. I have lost my job for six month due to Covide-19.
Is it because there is no answer yet and there is a possibility that the case will be rejected??
