Parents sponsership 2020,what to add in 'Persons included in pervious undertaking that you signed as a sponsor and which are still in effect

I have submitted a home caregiver application for a nanny last week which is not yet approved or in process .And now I need to sponsor my parents as well.What should we add in this section of the imm5768e form for parents sponsorship.
Do we have to mention them?If yes then will I be consider sponsoring their whole family or just the caregiver?

You will have to wait to sponsor your parents in a future date (as 2020 not open yet)
