My parents have Canadian permanent visa since 2007 January, they stayed in Canada only few months and went back to home country. In 2012 January they came back to Canada. They do have visa for USA but the question is without completing their 1000 days, can they travel to USA or not? And if yes then will they able to go back to Canada or not? And if no then when will they able to travel?
