Hi, I wanna ask if my husband can sponsor my parents (his parents in law) because his income reach the amount income IRCC require. I would soon to be PR and him already Canadian. Can he help to sponsor my parents later after I got PR? Thank you

Only you can sponsor your parents. He can be a co-signer. However you must be the primary sponsor.

You cannot sponsor them until you have officially become a PR.

Thanks for your reply. Currently I’m not working (unemployed ) and having a baby. Is it okay if I’m a primary sponsor but have no income and use my husband income instead ?

Yes, it's fine. But again, only once you are officially a PR.
