I had applied for my parents immigration in 2015. At present they are on visitor visa living with me in Canada. To my surprise, I received their medical, request for Police Clearance and Landing fees in Aug 2016. They have done their medical here in Canada and also have submitted their Police clearance and Landing fees. They have a return ticket for November 2016. Now in this situation I am in dilemma.
What are my options?
1. Do I extend their stay in Canada as visitor and wait for their PR papers? If so, after getting their PR papers, what is to be done?
2. How do they get their landing papers, if they are already in Canada? Do they have to go out of the country and re-enter?
Can suggest me other options.
