Parents and grand parents PR sponsorship

Hi

I am wondering if IRCC is going to open new application to apply for parents PR sponsorship? My initial research revealed that they are still sending invitations to interests application from 2020..I was not able to submit my interest application last year.. does anyone have any knowledge when they will start accepting new interest applications?

Sometime next year (2022).
