Hello!
Im looking for an immigration process that would be suitable for my parents or brother. They are settled in Saudi and hold Pakistani passport. Now, I have heard from friends that there is a system where minimun 2 crore Pakistani Rupees can be used to invest by Canadian government and on that basis a person can apply immigration. However, I was unable to find any such thing on cic website.
I will be really thankful if someone can share what process can we apply thru.
Im a PR holder and my mother have her whole family here as a Canadian citizen.

Thank you

Please check the details and eligibility. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/business/start-up/index.asp

Also there are options in the PNP programs

you can apply to sponsor your parents once you meet the minimum income requirement for your family plus your parents for 3 years in a row. There is a lottery system that you must apply to at the beginning of the year. There are approximately 10 applicants per spot this year so the odds aren't great. You could also consider the supervisa program.
