I'm sposoring my parents with their dependants (my sisters).
They have got their visas already and one of my sisters who is 21 years old now does not want enter Canada at all because she has a groom and for now they completely refusing immigrate. What outcomes can be? If she loose her visa now and for example will wish come here as visitor or somehow else, will this situation influence on future entries by any other program?

And 1 more question regarding this issue:
Will my parents have problem on the board if they're coming without her, but she is in their application.

Do you mean that your sister is now married? If so, she is not eligible to land as a PR anyway.
No, not landing will not impact future temporary resident visa application.

No they will not. Although she should be removed from the application by IRCC if she is now married.

Definition of a dependent child as of October 24, 2017

Children qualify as dependants if they meet both of these requirements:
  • they’re under 22 years old, and
  • they don’t have a spouse or common-law partner.

She is not married yet, just plan to
OK, in that case she can simply throw away her COPR and there are no negatives consequences to either her or her parents.
