Hello

My parents first medicals were done 11/Aug/2011 which expired 10/Aug/2012 with background checks still pending. Now they went through another medical on 9/April/2013 and by the way of CAIPS notes we came to know that the background checks are still pending. I am very frustrated and dont know what to do. Anybody any advice please.Thanks

Check via MP and tell them timeline, they can help to see real proper status

unfortunately based on CIC's information, it seems that the process from NDVO for parent/grandparent sponsorship is 59 months (that's nearly 5 years) and now they aren't even taking any new application to clear the backlog, God willing they clear this ASAP.
