Parent Sponsorship Tax Requirement

Hi,

I have a question about tax requirement. It is written on the website that if I apply in 2017, I need 2013, 2014, and 2015 tax proof.
But my 2013 actually does not meet requirement, but my 2014, 2015, and 2016 does,
Do you think I can submit proof for 2016 instead? maybe every month's paystub in 2016?

If any of you know and can let me know, will be very appreciated,

NO.
You need to submit 2013, 2014 & 2015 NOA, and meet LICO.
If you don't meet, don't apply and wait until 2018 or 2019.

Actually better to follow old Russian adage "better safe than sorry" and wait until 2020 to apply.
