Hi
I am a single mother from Pakistan. My daughter has applied for my immigration and I have received email for detailed documents including my Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate and Divorce Certificate. The problem is I do not have a Birth Certificate but my Secondary School Certificate as well as National ID Card have my D.O.B. Is that sufficient to provide Certified copy of these? Also I dont have Wedding Certificate as my ex destryed all my documents incuding CNIC, Passport etc out of vandetta. I have since obtained renewed documents excpet Marriage certificate. what should be acceptable for this? Shall be grateful if someone can guide me please

Do you have your divorce certificate?
I would send in what you have proving your date of birth. Include an explanation of why you do not have a birth certificate and why you cannot get one. The visa officers should be aware of the situation in Pakistan, so if not having a birth certificate is normal for someone of your age, an explanation with other documentary proof of your age may be enough.
Provide an explanation of why you do not have a marriage certificate. If you have any proof, such as a police report, that your ex destroyed your documents, include that.

Send two afidavits. One for not having birth ceryificate but say u r including original 10 certificate

Second affidavit for not having marriage certificate but include divorce original certificate
