Parent Sponsorship IMM5768 for Jan 2017

Hi Everyone, I have 2 basic questions in regard to parant sponsorship

1- in IMM5768 form , only there are 2014, 2013, 2012 and I have 2013 / 2014/2015 tax incomes
what should I do if I want to apply for Jan 2017? are we supposed to get new version of form soon?

2- when/where should i mail application? what is the deadline for Jan2017?
can anybody help me pls?

Hi Mo_2016,

1) Search in CIC website for: Guide 5772 - Application to Sponsor Parents and Grandparents
CIC will post the new forms and guide on this page on January 9, 2017. Please ensure that you use the correct forms.


2) Search in CIC website for: Changes to 2017 Parent and Grandparent Program application intake process
Rather than the January rush to submit applications by courier or mail, those wanting to bring their parents or grandparents to Canada will now have 30 days to fill out an online form to indicate their interest. IRCC will then randomly choose 10,000 individuals from those who filled out the form, and those people will be invited to send in their complete application package.

The online form will be available starting January 3, 2017. Sponsors will have 30 days to submit the form.

Seems like a good process for 2017.
