Parent sponsorship - Generic Application (IMM0008) - photo's??

On page 6 of The Generic Application form, above DISCLOSURE, there is 'Important Note' section that reads: "Do not forget to include photos, fees..." but there is no mention of photos (quantity required or specifications) in the document checklist. Do I need to include photos? This is for parent sponsorship form.

Please advise.

nowhere in the checklist said to include photos, so I'm not including for my package. I looked at some other checklists, and they did say to include, but not on this one.
