Parent sponsorship Fees – In Canada Application

I would like to know how fees are being calculated – my wife and I are sponsoring my mom and dad. My wife and I am Canadian Citizen.

I guess I am confused between different fees categories i.e. Sponsorship application (per application), principal applicant etc. Can someone please give me a breakdown of fees categories I am suppose to pay.

2x$550 = $1100 plus RPRF will be required if the sponsorship is approved. 2x$490 = $990

Thats included in the $550.
