We moved to Canada in May 2013 as PR. I was working in US until then. My income qualifies the minimum eligibility criteria. I want to apply for permanant
residency for my parents. Eligibility requirement is for the last 3 years taxation period from the Notice of assessment (line 150). However I only have partial income Canada last year but rest of the income is from US.
The question is how can I collectively show the income from US and canada. I wish to apply in Jan next year

You don't qualify. Income must be Canadian from a CRA assessment only.

So assuming you can begin to meet parents LICO amount with only Canadian income starting in 2014... then with NOAs from 2014, 2015 and 2016 you can possibly qualify to apply in January 2018 (assuming rules are the same).

You don't qualify to apply in January next year unfortunately.

The income must be from Canadian sources and reported in your Canadian tax return. So the short answer is that you can't use your US income. You'll have to wait until you have three years of income from Canadian sources reported on your Canadian tax return (i.e. three years of Canadian tax returns).
