We are parent of two kids, one of them is child with special needs.
He is undergoing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. His age is 6 years,
The issue here is that we don't find a proper inclusive schooling system as well as therapies. I don't see his future here as there are no institutes from where he will graduate.
Very few therapist and very expensive, quality is also not of global level.
Can anyone advise me, is there any special immigration category of Canada for such families?
Your support will be appreciated in this regard, please.

No there is no special immigration program, in fact your child may be inadmissible. You immigrate based on your merit - age, education, work experience, language and funds. Everyone in the family must pass a medical and show that they will not be a burden on the health care system now and in the future.

The therapies you listed are not covered by the government. It is not free. So you would have to pay out of pocket for physio, speech and language therapies. There are waitlists. Your employer may cover some through a private health plan and the government may cover some but you need to get on waitlists depending on your child’s needs. Some people are on waitlists for up to 10 years before accepted into government funding which ends when the child is 18. And even then it covers only a fraction of needs. As for schooling, there are no special schools. Children go into public schools and may or may not get support. Waiting lists for school therapists are years.

Not trying to dissuade you but people think health care is free and it is not. So research immigration programs like Express Entry, get ECA for educaiton, IELTS for language and see if eligible.
