I am planning to apply for super visa for my mother, but I think I have some issue with my mother's name, need your inputs.
In all my Canada immigration documents/files I have used middle name for my mother and my passport also having middle name for her.
But her passport does not have middle name, there is no mismatch in last name and first name, they are same in all places.
When I applied for her passport, documents passport office accepted did not have middle name, it ended up having her passport without middle name.
Is it going to be a big issue ?
In the application if I use her name without middle name and fill "Have you ever used any other name" question with her name using middle name will that work?
Or do I need to do a notary stating both names are same? If I do this how do I inform this information to visa office since I am planning to submit online application.
