Parent Grandparent Sponsorship

Hi. My deadline for submission of parent grandparent application is due on May 25, but I'm still in the process of completing all the requirements. My problem is were going back to my country on May 11 and I might not be able to send it before we leave. Can I submit all the applications and documents from my country?

Hope you are not going to your country for long, as to be eligible to sponsor your parents you must be living in Canada.
