Parent application

[Misguided]

Hi,

My parent has done medical exam 2012 August, and did police check in November 2012 as we'll.
However since than we did not hear anything from the visa office.
I tried to check the status on line but nothing can be found.
I emailed to the visa office and they replied we are in line.
Does anyone can share their experience with me?
I do not know what should I do.
By the way, the oversea visa office is in Hong Kong.

I heard that it takes years for the parents sponsorship and CIC have minimal yearly quota. That's why people are opting for so called super visa.
