Hello, I almost have everything ready to send in , Medical exam is done also and waiting for me to send it the application. My husband visit me last Spring and the Immigration office at the port of entry denied his entry at first, saying he needs to get a pardon because his criminal record is not cleared. But then decided to let him through as long as he paid the $200 entry fee. But for the next time he needs to ask for a pardon/explungment to clear his records. We tried to get it done with the California state, but they are answering pretty slow, we waited til the summer but still now answer, my husband had to visit Canada again because of my sisters wedding, he came in just fine, with only three questions asked and stayed for 3 months. He just left a month ago to go back, and we been calling the office to try to get status on his explungment, but only got their auto voice machine advising us to leave a mesg and they will get back. The wait is pretty long, and his crime is over 15 years , very minor, he did a week of community service for it.

The Medical exam expires a year in April, do I really need this explungment? Or should I just mail this all in and wait to see if they ask me? Ah this is super stressful!! Any help?
