Paperwork in Ho chi minh city

My gf couldn't find any notary willing to administer an oath in Ho Chi minh city, Vietnam. Did anybody find one? We want to make a statutory declaration. It also scares me because we need to certifiy translations and copies.

You need to go to So Tu Phap. thats where I had mine translated and certified. Or you can go to Canadian Embassy to get papers notarized. Or simply contact IOM, they pretty much can tell you anything you need to know about sponsorship. Cheers.

What kind of stat declaration did you want to do anyways?

I want to do one of the statement by a member of family or a friend. It's for a common law sponsorship.

Chao Thanh, the So Tu Phap certified the copies in English? Cuz CIC asks for a note saying it is the same copy, but I think they will do it in Vietnamese instead of English. Will it still work?
