I have submitted my file on paper based.... plz tell me that when my passport will dispatch...will I get confirmation mail or not ? plz clarify .. I applied 3 time .... do you know those people who got visa in third attempt??????? I m so nervous

my name is amandeep kaur dhaliwal I have done bsc in nursing nd I have one yr experience .. .my first refusal is becoz of course was not relevant. .. second tym I again apply wid same reason but result was same... now after one year I change my course nd my course ia applied health administration .... it is special designed course for nurses in loyalist clg .... I clear one smester in india
