Paper based PR medical needed?

Hello everyone,

I recieved BC PNP Feb 14th 2020, recieved work visa on June 18th 2020, and submitted paper based PR application June 15th 2020.
My AR is: July 17th 2020
AOR: Feb 1st 2021
Biometrics request: Feb 2nd
Got my biometrics done on Feb 5th 2021.

I moved moved to BC on August 30th 2020 on a work visa whilst I am awaiting my PR. I completed my medical exam on December 4th 2019, ad this as required for my work permit. As my application was recieved July 2020 and I have now moved to Canada- will I need to complete another medical exam?
My online profile says:

• You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

I think the medicals expired after 1 year and you might need to give medical exam again. About the profile it says that until they send you medical request.
