My agent have send 2 times paper bases applications to CIC, Nova Scotia, Sydney. Both time application returned stating " province nomination certificate " not provided. He have not filled online application , without nomination certificate, he send two times and file returned back. Now, he is guiding me that they have reject your file and not providing any nomination certificate. I was applying for SINP JOB offer based application, that offer letter was also managed by my agent.
Now query is ?
1) is the agent following correct procedures, or it should b in this way that application must be fill online and if province nominate, than only v have to send all docs with nomination certificate to CIC, Sydney, nova Scotia.
I request you to guide all of u, to instruct complete procedures step by step, so that I and many others can learn from it.
