PAOR means processing done for PR???

I got PAOR today.i applied on 12th jan 2022and got TAOR on 5th april after that i got PAOR on 15th oct .when IRCC issue PAOR????i want to know weather my file processing starts or they have checked my file and issue PAOR.

PAOR means, the documents as per the checklist are complete.

Basically you will get update in your account.
Processing have
Biometrics
Background checking
Police clearance Certificate ( PCC)
ADR-Additional Documents Request (if officer need)
Medical etc etc

I got my PAOR and BIO same time in Dec 2021 (file submitted in Jan 2021)
Nothing after that .

Almost same time line. We submitted in Feb. 2021. And bio, medical, additional documents all submitted in Jan. 2022. Now keep checking my background for 10months. Ridiculous system in the world..

Yes, however IRCC has a huge backlog, and the processing is starting around 1 year after PAOR
