Panic about BOWP no application number linked

Hi folks. I applied for a BOWP today and I received a transmission confirmation but no submission confirmation letter nor an application number linked to my application. Is something going wrong?

My work permit is expiring tomorrow...will I still be able to continue working?

It is just taking some time for the system to process...not sure why, but it will go through eventually!
