Panel Physician hasn't submitted the Medical to CIC even though it has been a month

I got my medical done on 15th Nov and CIC still has not received my medical. On calling the clinic they keep telling me to wait for 6 weeks even though the CIC website states that physicians cannot take more than 10 days to submit the medical without a Valid Reason.
I don't mind waiting for two more weeks but I am just worried about what to do if the doctor still has not submitted my medical after the 6 weeks.
If anyone has any experience or advice I would really appreciate it.
