i know it depends on the college, but average time?

Actually depends more on province than school. School doesn’t give you PAL.

I don’t go to school. Just telling you that it is not the school’s timeline but the province’s so expect anywhere from a week to a month. With the new changes to PGWPs then expect some delays. What is your program?

It has been 2 weeks now, I didn’t hear anything from them
When I sent the request, they told me that it will be processed in 3 days though
Should I wait for a month?

Ask the school. Processed in 3 days is when the school submits request, not necessarily when PAL is approved by the province.
