Hi.I want to know what are chances of my visa if i apply?have applied to seneca college computer engineering technology diploma and i didnot receive offer letter its been 10 days

Inter pre engineering 2015 63%
Ielts 7 bands
Uni first semester 3.21 gpa Bscs
