i am a pakistani 22 ur old currently i am livings in UAE and i want apply for 2 year undergraduate degree is it possible?

i assume you are going for a diploma
Is it possible? Yes
Is it probable ? No
The problem is you are a Pakistani not living in Pakistan and that is one big reason VO's like to give for refusal
You need to show strong ties to Pakistan , and demonstrate the course you are going for will actually improve the skills you already have
