Pre-Assessed..
I am a Canadian citizen applying for my husband's sponsorship from Pakistan we are the middle of filling forms and we came across these forms in part 3 of the package:
1. Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) - You and each of your family members 18
years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form.
Note: If you are a Pakistani national, this form must also be completed by your male family
members 15 years of age or older.

2. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) - You and each of your family members 18 years of age
or older must complete their own copy of this form.
Note: If you are a Pakistani national, this form must also be completed by your male family
members 15 years of age or older

3.Supplementary Information Form - Pakistan - This form is to be completed by you and family
members who are nationals of Pakistan. All male family members 15 years of age or older and
female family members 18 years of age or older must complete and submit this form.
Note: No section should be left without answers. Write "not applicable" in sections that do not apply.

I am unclear about if i fill this form in for JUST my husband (since he is the only person I am sponsoring) or do we fill it in for all of his family members as well?

I need to a reply ASAP
Please and Thanks!

only ur husband,,coz they r talking about ur family,,which is only u and ur husband

Thank you so just to confirm: all 3 of the forms i have listed in my initial question are to be filled ONLY BY MY HUSBAND.

(Note: If you are a Pakistani national, this form must also be completed by your male family members 15 years of age or older)
This part scares me ! :-[

A few more things:
1. Where do I submit my forms now that the embassy is closed in Islamabad? I was researching it and was a bit confused.
(For the Question that asks: Immigration Office requested for processing this application)
2. I am a tutor and earn aprox. 12,000 a year would that be enough to sponsor my husband?

i am pakistani national and i signed that no one else in my family did it.

u need to send all ur documents to Mississauga office,,and u need to select london as office processing ur application coz now days pakistani applications r process by london....sponsoring spouse there is no income requirement.

Instructions in the guide on CIC's website is very clear about where to send ur package in Canada.... U DO NOT send ur application to Pakistan.... the application is submitted by the sponsor in Canada.... make sure u pay all the fees as well n attach the receipt....make sure to fill out all forms from ur side (sponsor)... u will find info on minimum pay requirements as there is a form where u need to fill out ur last year's income and attach ur Notice of Assessment...

ur husband only needs to fill it out for himself.... they make forms general enough so that if families r coming they get them to fill these forms out for all members of the family.... but in ur case only ur husband would fill it out with his info.... nothing bout ur husband's family needs to be included as they will not b landing with him in canada

For Citizens of Canada, its not necessary be in Canada to sponsor to spouse.. Citizens of Canada can sponsor to their spouse outside of Canada.. just a point to clear..

What proof sponsor can give to embassy that he will go back to Canada?
