I have a question regarding the following form:
Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) - You and each of your family members 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form
In the body of the form (after the School Attendance & Work Experience sections) it states that you must provide examination results and school and employment certificates to support your answers to the questions and it clearly states that they will not accept responses without supporting documentation.
-Can anyone advise me as to what documentation we could provide as supporting documentation? Obviously, educational transcripts and perhaps old letters of employments - any thing else?
-If my husband was unemployed for a period of time in the past, how would he relate this and prove it?
