Hey I have few question
I want to send my FSC and BSC engineering documents to few universities..I added all the universities in the recipient in the WES application form. As soon as I would pay the fee I would get a number. Now the question is.
1)can I get the number now and start working on HEC and Bise form application later..Does it matter
2)Besides this, do I need to send dual FSc and DMX for two universities in WES envelope
3)Can I put the BISE sealed envelope and Hec sealed document in one pkg with number on it and send it to WES?
