Paediatrician

Hi,

I hope any one has good option for me , I am Paediatrician and I got 3 certificates in Paediatrics including UK certificates (although me training is not in Canada or on e of other recognized programs.
I`m dispirit to got license and work , I tried with fellowship and then the problem of funding appears.
I did the MCCEE exam. And I didn’t proceed further since I`m not seeing any light towered the end of the tunnel.
I applied to CARMS and I was not accepted?

Any advice? What can I do?

If you can not find a way to get licensed to work in your profession in Canada and you have tried everything, you have two choices, work in another profession in Canada or do not stay in Canada.

If you are certified in the UK, I assume you are certified in all of the EU as well. That is a pretty big and diverse area. If you want to stay in Canada, you can look into other jobs in the medical field. Some doctors who have had problems getting licensed have taken other jobs in the medical field, such as in management or nursing and you can still work on getting licensed while doing that.
