PA is in KSA on temporary status, status is not secure. Got refusal for Sowp

Got refusal SOWP from KSA.I am indian Working in KSA.refusal reason "PA is in KSA on temporary status, status is not secure".
Pls give any tips for applying again.

So your spouse is working in Canada on a PGWP with a NOC A, B or 0 job? Or is spouse in Canada on study permit? You need to show your ties to India - job, house, investments, loans etc. VOs don’t believe that you will return to India if you are working in KSA with temporary status.

She is on study permit.

So reapply when she gets her PGWP and can show that she works in a NOC A, B or 0 job with employment letter and at least 3 paystubs. Show strong ties to India too.
