If we sell property in order to get money for P.O.F. , we dont have to have that money in bank for last 6 months right, all we have to do is prove that the property was ours and that the sale of that property is were we got the P.O.F. money from. In other words, If I sell the property 3 weeks before sending full documents to CHC, as long as I prove the property was mine or my spouses, there should be no problem or doubts from CHC, please advise. Thanks in advance...

yes, there shouldn't be a problem as long as you prove that you sold the property and the property was yours.

There won't be any problem if you sell your property and put money in your bank account. It can be fresh sale also. Just show the link to Visa Office. A written explanation regarding the property sold and the money put in bank would be better.
