my husband applied the OWP together with our immigration application, and we hand in the files on June 2016.
However, by now, there is no news about the OWP. We tried to link the application in Mycic, but the system always can not find any application. And, we also called CIC for many times and can never talk to an agent. there phone line is always busy and got hang up.
Does any know what happened here??

- We received your application to sponsor on June 29, 2016.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 19, 2016.
- We started processing your application on July 18, 2016.
- We sent you correspondence on April 27, 2017 about the decision on your application.
