Hi, so I am going to be applying for the open work permit with my inland application.

Does anyone know if I need second copies of the documents asked for in the work permit checklist? Like I already have all the required documents in my main application, I have a statutory declaration of common-law union, should I get a second one to go with the work permit application?

Does anyone know if the four year rule applies to the OWP pilot program?

Also should I include the checklist for OWP, or just the IMM5710 form?

they are two separate applications, opened by different officers, I would suggest you send all Docs Req for the OWP regardless of what you sent in the main Inland Application.

No.

The pilot OWP is offered because an Inland application has been received. There's no need to send redundant material again, because whoever processes your OWP will be able to see that you have an Inland application submitted.

So do I just add the IMM5710 form in with my application and nothing else? I don't have to include the IMM5556 Document checklist for workers?

Hello, in my case I send all the required docs in the workers checklist (plus the checklist itself)
