OWP Payment Confusion

Hey all!

I paid the $100 OWP Holder's Fee and send the receipt in with my PR spousal sponsorship application last month. I recently found out via other users that there's also a $155 fee that one has to pay in addition to the $100 OWP fee, or at least that's what I'm understanding? To avoid any processing delays with my OWP, I'm going to pay the remaining amount now. However, when I went to pay the additional $155, I also see this at the bottom:

Since I paid the $100 OWP Holder's Fee, am I paying the additional $55 here under the "Underpayments" section for a grand total of $155? Or am I paying the $155 Work Permit Fee listed above for a grand total of $255?

In this case, since I just submitted my PR application last month and don't have an application number or AOR yet, should it go to the Mississauga office where I initially sent my OWP application and my $100 OWP holder's fee receipt? Or should I send the receipt for the $155 to the Vegreville AB location along with my UCI # and a brief explanation?
