OWP lost in mail (possibly)

Hi guys,
We are October 2018 inland applicants, got OWP approved on February 5. We called CIC and they told us that our permit was printed on February 12, and sent out via Canada Post.

It is now February 21st, and I have seen countless October people get their hard copy already (people who had their permit approved way after us).

Question: Should we be freaking out? This seems like way too long for a piece of mail. Is there any way to request another be sent out? A job offer very much depends on this.

No real cause for concern, they sent our PR card from Halifax to Ottawa and it took a couple weeks - closer to 3 actually if I recall correctly. My parents had to ship it to us in Ireland at the time.
