Hi, I submitted my owp paper application on Oct. 2023 and haven't heard anything back. I was told by my MP that the bureau CTD-E is still processing applications received before aug. 17th, 2023, so they haven't gotten to my application yet. I was looking for folks in similar situation - owp spousal sponsorship paper application sent before or after ~ oct 2023. Thanks
