on Jan 24, I called CIC about the status of my owp application. the agent told me that my owp app was in their system. but there was just a temporary application number for this app. that was why I could not link the owp app to the online account yet. the temporary number started with ‘XW’ and then followed by 9 numbers. could anyone know what is temporary number is? thx.
