How can I apply my spouse for an OWP and for my 2kids for TRV? I had a valid work permit here in Nova Scotia with permanent fulltime job.. Currently I am pregnant and will deliver my baby this coming Feb 2020. My employer will lodge my papers for ATLANTIC nominee this January 2020. I would like to ask how will I process the papers of my family back in the Philippines.. Hopefully they can come soon after I will deliver my baby.

Yes your spouse can apply for a SOWP if you are employed in NOC 0, A or B.
CCA position is under NOC C, but im wondering about the Atlantic Intermediate Skilled Nominee Program.. Is there any chance I can let them come still?

Do you mean AIPP? If you are working in NOC C you wouldn’t qualify for the skilled program.

Did a bit more research. Think you are referring to the intermediate skilled program. No you would not be able to be reunited until you all received PR unless they were able to get TRVs which is very unlikely but worth the effort. Unfortunately planning pregnancies must be done with caution when immigration is not finalized.
